I collected stamps as an adolescent and still have the collection of foreign and domestic issues.  Although I haven't "played" with the collection in many years I hope that at some time in the future it will once again give me pleasure.  Here is a helpful link on the internet for collectors and I will  put up some scans of my collection  as time permits.   www.philatelic.com
